Each Long Light Session begins with a story. Sometimes it’s about a goddess, sometimes an artist, or an ancient ritual. Together we’ll wander through mythology, art, and timeless traditions from different cultures.
From there, I’ll invite you to open your journal and see what wants to emerge.
Long Light Sessions is a daily creative ritual. A chance to slow down, make something with your hands, and capture the spirit of summer on the page.
Your day begins here
From 19–30 August, a new Long Light Session will be waiting for you in the online academy every morning at 6:00 AM.
Please don’t set your alarm for this. It’ll be waiting for you whenever you’re ready.
Set aside 30–60 minutes each day, just for yourself.
I create alongside you. At the end of each day, I’ll share my own journal page in the academy. And if you’d like, I’d love for you to share yours too.
Together, we create a growing gallery of artwork inspired by twelve extraordinary stories.
Each story speaks to something different in each of us. And I think that’s the most beautiful part.
Four Open Studio sessions where we create together
Each session lasts around 30 minutes and takes place online at two different times, so participants from different parts of the world can join: 7:00 AM CEST (1:00 AM ET) and 9:00 PM CEST (3:00 PM ET).
You can join the room where we chat and create together, or choose the quiet room if you’d rather work in silence.
Come to one. Come to all four. Skip them entirely. It’s all okay.

Create online alongside fellow participants. There are no recordings. Just bring the day’s story, your favourite art supplies, and enjoy creating together, each from your own little corner of the world.

You might be wondering...
Do I need to be good at drawing?
Goodness, no. Absolutely not. Curiosity beats talent every time.
I prefer writing. Is that okay?
Perfect. Writing, painting, collage, photography... I bring the inspiration. You choose the medium.
Do I need an art journal?
Nope. Use whatever you already love working in.
Do I have to follow the Long Light Sessions live?
No. A new Long Light Session is released every morning in the online academy. You can open it whenever it suits you. You'll have access through 30 October 2026.
Are there videos?
Nope. Just a beautifully written story, a handful of images, and a creative invitation. No watching for twenty minutes before you can finally begin making.
Are the Open Studio sessions recorded?
Nope. Think of them as a little gathering that happens once. If you’re there, wonderful. If not, that’s okay too.
Do I get lifetime access?
No. You’ll have access to both the online academy and the community through 30 October 2026.
Why does access end on 30 October?
Because Long Light Sessions is designed as a seasonal live experience. Its magic belongs to this particular moment in the year. After the sessions end, you’ll still have two full months to revisit the stories, finish your journal, and enjoy the experience at your own pace before access closes.
